1. This website contains a selection of the properties we currently offer. The information we provide on this website is meant as a guide to potential purchasers only and is subject to change without prior notice.
2. Property plans, prices, total constructed areas, pictures and other information should be used as a guide only and does not form part of any contract relating to the sale of any property. All information relating to any individual property will be available on your visit to your chosen location.
3. We regularly update our portfolio of properties and always have an excellent selection of the best properties available in the locations we offer. However as property can sell very quickly, we cannot be held responsible for a clients inability to view a particular property on there visit to their chosen location.
4. Azure Overseas Property are not travel agents and do not take payment to make travel arrangements on your behalf. Any money paid to Azure Overseas Property before you travel is a consultancy fee only and will not be viewed as a payment for travel or accommodation
5. Azure Overseas Property will not take payment from you for any property you decide to purchase. Payment for the property will be made either directly or through your chosen solicitor to the developer in the case of a new property or the seller through their estate agent in the case of a resale. Azure Overseas Property and our partner's can help you to find a suitable solicitor should you require us to. Azure Overseas Property can also recommend companies who can help you to transfer payments to a foreign country and will obtain for you an attractive rate when exchanging pounds to a foreign currency.
6. Azure Overseas Property help clients to arrange many inspection trips every week and the vast majority run smoothly. Azure Overseas Property cannot however, take responsibility for flight delays or other problems over which we have no control. Any disputes of this nature should be taken up with the service provider directly.
