We work with several different agents based in the UK and across Europe and can
honestly say that the service that Azure Overseas offers to their clients is second
to none. We have been working with Azure Overseas since we started our company at
the end of 2007 and have sold close to 100 properties in Egypt together. Azure Overseas
is tireless in their efforts to make the buying process as smooth as possible for
their clients.
Azure Overseas respond to their clients’ needs seven days per week and over 12 hours
per day. By working with Egypt Real on the ground in Hurghada, we are able to support
Azure Overseas by meeting with developers if necessary in order to resolve problems,
by checking clients’ apartments, by assisting clients with the handover of their
apartments when they come to Hurghada, etc.
Very few UK agents are able to provide this service. Once the contract is signed,
the agents leave the clients to deal directly with developers because they are 2000
miles away with no one on the ground. Azure Overseas, conversely, are able to call
on our services to assist clients at any stage of the buying process in order to
ensure that they achieve satisfaction.
In summary, I can understand clients questioning of any agent that you deal with,
but I can assure you that you will not find any other agent who is prepared to go
the extra mile to look after their client’s interests better than Azure Overseas.

Hi Frank,
Firstly, may I personally thank you for your time and courtesy shown to me, regarding
my recent visit to the Apollon Holiday Village in Altinkum,Turkey.
Having followed your advice and guidance, my wife and I purchased a 3 bedroom Penthouse
(0ff-plan).
I must say that from the moment we arrived at the airport, we were met by the developers
driver, who whisked us off to the Appollon Complex and subsequently shown round
numerous appartments, by Warren of Wise Move Homes.
At no point from Arrival to departure were we ever 'pressurized' or 'bullied' into
buying anything and in fact felt very relaxed and allowed to proceed at our own
pace, which ultimately resulted in a purchase.
In summary, I would have no hesitation in recommending both your services and those
of Wise Move Homes and would be happy to speak to any potential investors.

The trip to the Apollon Holiday Village was excellent. The apartments were lovely
much bigger than I expected and as you probably know we decided to buy a 3 bedroom
instead of the 2 bedroom apartment we initially reserved - the pool also was much
bigger than we first thought. Neil was very informative and helpful and answered
everything we needed to know, we felt no pressure at all into buying, although I
had made up my mind as soon as I saw the place. Russell and all the other staff
were great and really friendly and compliments to the chef the meals were lovely.
Well what else can I say? It was Excellent.

The Apollon Village is a very well built complex and having time there to look around

"I had been looking at property for some time and had already made one investment,
which would hopefully raise capital to enable us to buy abroad.
