* 35% upon contract
* 65% in quarterly installments over a period of 9 months (3 post-dated cheques) for Phase One apartments.
* 65% in quarterly installments over a period of 18 months (6 post-dated cheques) for Phase Two apartments.

* Phase One apartments - 5 % discount,
