As much as I hate to commercialise the articles section of the site, I really must bring to your attention this new investment opportunity in America.
You invest £27,500 and you get the choose a repossessed property from an available selection in a subsidised inspection visit, or you can choose that the development company select a property for you. Either way the property is then bought, refurbished and rented out. The owners receive a guaranteed yield of 27% net for the first 5 years.
